The Ministry of Economy, Employment and Industry has granted the Company SETGA, S.L.U. a Subsidy for the implementation of CSR, Labour Equality and Work-Life Balance, through which the Company is granted a subsidy within line III, Subline II, for the promotion of Flexible Working.
This subsidy, which is 80% co-financed through the 2014-2020 ESF Operational Programme of Galicia, will allow 4 of its workers to take a further step in balancing their work and personal life, by adopting an agreement signed between the Company, the RLT and the beneficiary workers, allowing them to modify their usual schedule to adapt to their particular needs, from October 2018.
We consider that the benefits of this measure will be twofold, on the one hand the employees will enjoy a much more flexible working day, allowing them to achieve a work-life balance, and on the other, it will result in a better working climate, which will undoubtedly, translate into improved customer service.
