Users are informed that the personal data that they voluntarily provide through the different forms of the website will be processed by SETGA SLU with address at Parque empresarial de A Reigosa, Vial, 2, parcela 6-A, 36827 Pontevedra, in compliance with the security measures required in current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data. The purpose of this processing is as described in each of the forms established on the website where said data is provided.
Data provided will not be transferred to third parties except in a case where there is a legal obligation to do so. It will be stored for the time necessary to serve its purpose, as long as the user does not indicate otherwise exercising their right of deletion, or for the necessary time to comply with legal obligations and meet the possible responsibilities that could derive from fulfilment of the purpose for which the data was collected.
SETGA SLU will not create any type of “profile”, based on the information provided. Automated decisions will not be made based on profiles.
Likewise, SETGA SLU will cancel or rectify the data which is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary for its purpose, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data.
As long as the user does not inform us to the contrary, we will understand that their data has not been modified, that they agree to notify us of any variation and that we have the consent to use their data in order to be able to retain the relationship between the parties.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and not be subject to individualised, automated decisions, in relation to the data subject to the processing, before the person in charge of the processing at the address mentioned above, or by email to setga@setga.es, adjuntando copia de su DNI o documento equivalente, o directamente ante el delegado de protección de datos. SETGA SLU adopts the corresponding technical, organisational and security measures according to current regulations regarding the Protection of Personal Data. It does not, however, assume any responsibility for damages and losses derived from alterations that third parties may cause in the computer systems, electronic documents or files of the user.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Service Law, in article 21, we will request user consent to be able to carry out advertising communications that we consider may be of interest, by email or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication.
