SETGA develops technology based on intelligent lighting that can adapt to the heart rate of citizens
A journey begins towards new urban models based on biodynamic lighting technology. In this technology, the colour temperature adapts to the circadian rhythm of its inhabitants, improving the habitability, safety and efficiency of our cities.
This new technology allows the tone of the light to be adapted to the different hours of the day. Thus, in the autumn-winter evenings, when it gets dark around 5:30-6 pm, Circadionic LED technology will set the colour temperature to a neutral level above 4200 kelvin [white light] and, from 8:05 pm, when citizens return home and melatonin secretion begins, the colour temperature will be reduced to warmer colour temperatures between 2700-3000 kelvin.
