TRAFIC will be a place where you can face the challenges facing the sector, in a rapidly evolving environment. The event will be structured around the Infrastructure, Road Safety, Parking, Smart Mobility and Traffic Management sectors, where the leading firms in these sectors will meet.
Since 1988, SETGA has followed a path to provide pioneering responses to the urban challenges of each time, achieved by combining four strategic pillars: disruptive design, co-creation, technological anticipation and precision.
Innovation from Pontevedra to manufacturing in Galicia using “made in Spain” components has represented the evolutionary force of the company since its foundation. Over its almost 30 years of history as a manufacturer of public and interior technical lighting and urban mobility systems, SETGA has catalysed Galician talent to compete in the global high-tech and design market.
The SX series traffic lights and overhead traffic lights recently installed on the renovated Gran Vía in Madrid, will be presented at TRAFIC. This style of traffic light is differentiated from traditional traffic light standards, the avant-garde character of the SX series feeding the identity of each space. The slenderness and symmetry of its cylindrical lines give life to an innovative stainless steel assembly which aims to enrich the urban experience in terms of comfort, safety and personality.
The latest innovation in light reinforcement systems for pedestrian crossings, PRUDENZA will also be presented. The product was conceived to respond to inadequate levels of vertical illuminance at pedestrian crossings and high distraction rates of drivers. A growing number of Spanish municipalities have incorporated compact intelligent light reinforcement systems with integrated signage. Prudenza, an innovation developed and manufactured in Spain by SETGA, integrates interactive LED optical modules with high photometric incidence in the vertical pedestrian plane, together with beacon systems with flashing repeaters or sequential lighting, as well as different alternatives of connected video surveillance and pedestrian presence sensors.
These are some of the novelties that we will present at our stand, 5C12, at TRAFIC. We’re waiting for you!
